La Brea Bakery at Downtown Disney

B&A provided design for new food service area, pastry oven, serving counters and new walk-in cooler/ freezer. The restaurant is located at Downtown Disney. Provided complete new kitchen design, including sanitary waste, grease waste systems including a grease interceptor and sampling box. Provided all new air conditioning systems to both kitchen and dinning area. Provided all new lighting and lighting controls throughout the building. Provided all new low voltage systems including point of sale infrastructure systems. Coordinated with Disney IT systems for complete low voltage integration. Opened ahead of schedule and at cost.
