Antojitos at CityWalk

The new venue occupies the exisitng 9,700 sf restaurant, which is a single story venue located at ground level, and slightly expand it by increasing the exterior patio area and expanding the interior footprint. The new overall square footage is expected to be 10,500 square feet. The Target seat count is 340 seats. Budlong provided design services to upgrade the exisitng mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) infrastructure (including below grade utilities), new electrical distribution, HVAC units and associated ductwork.
