Budlong provided assistance with compiling a design build criteria package for use in bidding to GC’s that required narrative description, details and specifications. Budlong also provided the description of the existing system infrastructure, proposed a new design in areas where needed, kept existing system/ducting etc. and recommended areas where to retrofit seismic Bracing/duct support (i.e., ducts, plumbing lines in drawing mark-ups).
