Budlong provided a single 20 ton unit to replace the existing roof top mounted supply air units at each Gate. New units were supplied for coastal conditions per LAX standards. Provided new electrical power to new units, condensate from air conditioning unit to restrooms, structural drawings and calculations, and new stand alone control systems.

Budlong integrated air conditioning unit shut-downs with fire alarm systems as well as design of architectural design feature atop building to get the new air conditioning system to fit.
