B&A provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing assessment and design services for the new A2 Bio laboratory. This design included 24/7 exterior condenser unit and emergency power generator system. This project involved various levels of clean room designs, strict temperature and humidity controls, GMP requirements and industrial waste concerns. Total space is 7,771 USF. Office is 3,031 SF. and lab is 4,740 SF
