North View Project Sacramento Multi-family

Budlong provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing to the 67-unit Excelerate Housing Group project, which aims to provide a space of wellness and safety to formerly homeless people in an an environment with access to light and fresh air. The site is located north of downtown Sacramento in the South Natomas/Gardenland neighborhood. The neighborhood is suburban in nature, but the site is located west of commercial strip retail in a cluster of multifamily spaces that transition into single family residential to the north. The project included some office space for Supportive Service Offices. HVAC and low voltage services were also included in the design. Budlong is proud to work on affordable housing projects such as this one.
