Greycroft has signed a 10-year, 19,518-square-footage-foot lease at FreeMarket. FreeMarket is an office campus now under construction at 821 Traction Avenue. The lease accounts for nearly half of the available space at the 40,000-square-foot property and will include offices on the ground and second floors along with outdoor spaces.The project is located at 821 Traction Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90013. It consists of 2 existing buildings. The site currently has two buildings; building 1 is about 19,061 SF and Building 2 is about 3,217 SF. Budlong provided full mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering design services and construction administration.
