Stockton Blvd East & West Parcel

Budlong is currently providing MEP engineering design services for this new project located near the UC Davis Medical Center in Sacramento. The site includes two parcels on either side of Stockton Blvd. Between the two parcels there will be 228 residential units over ground floor retail, parking and amenity spaces approximately 225,000 sq.ft. total. The design of each building will be similar, but they will likely be divided into separate construction document packages. The common area includes Gym, Roof Patio, Clubhouse, Pool and Bike Storage area. This project includes only surface parking.
