Budlong has recently been selected and began working on a project in Riverside, California, which involves the design and delivery of a mixed-use development consisting primarily of 268 residential rental units. The project will be designed with 5 stories of Type IIIA construction over a 3 story Type IA concrete podium. The total constructed gross square footage of the building is approximately 506,300 square feet. – Ground floor retail shell of approximately 5,000 SF. – Two levels basement parking, two levels above grade parking for approximately 476 stalls in 207,000 GSF
