Social Impact

At Budlong, we believe in the power of the community partnerships we develop projects with, our team members and the impact created when we give back to the communities we live in. When we build and modify buildings with architectural and real estate development partners, we are thoughtful of the individuals living and working in the spaces we design. We seek out partnerships with builders and architects that support non-profits, K-12 schools, use sustainable materials and innovative design. We support and raise money for local and international non-profits that are focused on improving communities through MEP engineering and design, low-income housing, and education. We offer all full-time employees 4 hours of paid volunteer time each year. We have many employees who believe in the importance of giving back and this benefit is a small aspect of the recognition for the work that they do.
