YMCA 350 N. Garey – Spectra Co. Offices – The Village 1

Our team provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering services and coordination for moving Spectra offices into the existing historic YMCA building at 350 N. Garey Avenue, Pomona. Spectra Co., a Pomona-based firm specializing in the restoration and preservation of historic buildings across the Western United States, is restoring and renovating the 1920 building into The Village Pomona. There is office space fo r nonprofits, live-work units for young artists and entrepreneurs, a cafe in the southwest corner of the building and facilities for concerts, conferences and special events.
