This six-story building includes subterranean parking and boasts a total of 26,072 sq ft of retail space. Designed to meet City of LA Housing & Community Investment Development guidelines, the project prioritizes affordability while conforming to current Title 24 energy requirements. Our scope encompasses comprehensive MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), Fire Protection, and Solar System design services. Highlights include detailed plans for HVAC systems, plumbing infrastructure, electrical power distribution, and a state-of-the-art solar panel system.
