Budlong is pleased to showcase our role in the extensive modernization of Oxnard SD (OSD) Ritchen Elementary School. This project involved upgrading HVAC systems with advanced centrally monitored thermostats and conducting detailed site surveys to assess and improve existing infrastructure conditions. Our team also executed comprehensive electrical assessments to accommodate enhanced loads and seamlessly integrated state-of-the-art AV infrastructure upgrades across classrooms, the library/media center, and MPR rooms. Additionally, we oversaw MEP and fire protection upgrades, including plumbing enhancements and fire sprinkler system designs, all meticulously tailored to meet the rigorous 21st-century educational standards set forth by OSD. Throughout this project, B&A prioritized close collaboration with OSD to ensure that every aspect of the renovation aligned with their educational goals, thereby creating optimal learning environments for students and supporting the school community as a whole.
