Project Details

Budlong provided MEP and Fire Alarm design for a new 57,169 SF building along with modernization and expansions throughout the school.

1) New building: B&A designed the MEP for a new two-story 57,169 SF classroom/administration building using Revit. 

2) Modernization of existing campus:

  • B&A modernized the complete cafeteria including the kitchen hood and makeup air unit by demolishing the existing HVAC system and installing new equipment on the roof and air distribution within the space.
  • Demolition included the existing chiller, TES area, and distribution piping.
  • B&A provided new HVAC to the remaining 14 classrooms.  B&A provided design for air distribution and a thermostat within each classroom. 
  • Convert regular classrooms into science classrooms.
  • Design for kitchen hood fire suppression system.
