Martin Luther King Hospital

The scope of work includes Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical and Structural engineering for the renovation of approximately 14,525 square feet of the second floor of the Martin Luther King Jr./Drew Medical Center. This project is under constant change to upgrade the second floor to its most technological state. Code reviews, field surveys and analysis of existing as-built drawings, including structural integrity analysis were conducted and designs were developed to meet OSHPD codes. HVAC designing incorporates the calculations of cooling/heating loads, verification/ redesigns of the distribution.
