Included in the project is the Transportation Branch HQ (17,300 SF), Student Health and Human Services (14,100 SF) and the Police Headquarters (35,200 SF). Budlong assisted in full MEP and HVAC design for Tenant Improvements consisting of HVAC Split Systems, two new generator replacements, electrical upgrades, new UPS system, and sprinkler design modifications for the 66,000 SF location.
Budlong attended regular meetings with Owners/ Owners Authorized Representative (OAR), Inspector of Record (IOR), Contractors Representative, other relevant parties as required to insure continuous progress in timely construction progress. We provided documentation of issues and concerns as they arise to establish a timeline for determination of time related issues. Field Change Directive (FCD) was provided to the architect for approval by DSA.
