A comprehensive report was conducted, covering the entire building and its systems, as well as departmental operations. Given the historical significance of the building, the initial phase involved relocating plan check services. This entailed renovations across multiple floors, including upgrades to ADA restrooms, replacement of HVAC systems, enhancement of Low Voltage systems, power and lighting upgrades, and improvements to security and IT infrastructure. Subsequently, plan check services were transitioned to the remodeled spaces, with further renovations completed at their final department location. Budlong successfully renovated three floors, ensuring a seamless transition throughout the process.
