Budlong provided MEP design services to bring the project up to new standards and codes. In addition, other changes occurred to the project that required additional design time.These changes include a reconfiguration due to changes in the kitchen layout and architectural changes to the building such as moving the restrooms and relocating the water heater. We also provided services coordinate the relocation of the HVAC units and duct penetrations.
