
LAX Delta’s Terminal 5 U.S. Custom Border & Protection Renovation
This Customs & Border Patrol project includes 60,000 SF renovations to existing customs, ticket, lobby, baggage, and other support areas. This project included all existing mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection infrastructure system replacements in this Terminal 5 facility. We have designed all the temporary utilities systems during the replacement of the existing utilities to keep the airport operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Several life/safety and code upgrades, including a new building management system, were designed during this Terminal 5 project.

• Fire/life safety upgrade
• Air handlers & duct systems upgrade
• New escalators & elevators
• Electrical infrastructure upgrade
• Ticketing lobby renovation
• FIDS, BIDS, GIDS, CCTV systems
• 400 H2 preconditioned portable HVAC
