Budlong was requested to evaluate the existing 5 generators at the City Hall Complex and determine the course of action to make them AQMD compliant. Budlong’s analysis report included the following recommendations for the generators and the areas they serve:
- Retrofitting & Decommissioning.
- Replacement & Consolidation.
- Review existing code compliance
- Review of as-builts with city maintenance personnel to determine existing loads.
- Recommendations for possible energy saving and reduction of operating costs.
