Brand Park

The city of Glendale wanted to build a new community building for the Historical Brand Park. The project involved a small one-story community building, approximately 2,400 square feet in size. The building houses a multipurpose public assembly room for community activities and meetings, an entrance lobby, a small office, a small serving/warming kitchen, and space for storage and utilities. The Building was designed in accordance Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
