Barrington Plaza

Barrington Plaza consists of Building A, B, and C Building A is a 25-story high-rise apartment building with a subterranean parking garage connecting all three buildings.The buildings were built in 1962 and have been grandfathered thru the years on code upgrades. The buildings house over 400 units with the main lobby, leasing office, supporting areas, circulating areas, and a fitness center.B&A is currently providing a Fire-life Safety upgrade design to all three buildings.
