This project will be a seven-story 100% affordable housing apartment with 60 units located at 851 S. Manhattan Place, Los Angeles, Ca. They are currently considering the construction of a 7-story, Type I modular building. However, a common approach involves proposing five-story Type III modular construction (from the 3rd to the 7th floor) on top of a second-story Type I concrete podium.
