The project is the reuse of an existing historic building in downtown Los Angeles. A six-story steel frame building with brick exterior walls and a concrete basement. The first floor will have commercial space with storefronts on 6th Street and Broadway. Apartments will occupy the 2nd through 6th floors. The construction will provide the building with a new seismic force resisting frame. Members of our team provided full mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering services for the adaptive resuse of this building.
