B&A provided MEP, fire protection & technology engineering design services for this 46,225 SF supportive housing development. The building consists of seven levels and was not considered highrise. The first level is a concrete, Type IA podium containing supportive services, the building manager’s unit, community spaces, centralized laundry, leasing office, restrooms, janitors’ room, main lobby, trash room, utility rooms and circulation areas. There are 6 levels of steel modular, residential studio units above the podium
