We provided comprehensive MEP, Fire Alarm, and Fire Sprinkler engineering services for the ground-up construction of 100 permanent supportive housing units. This 50,000 sq. ft. wood construction project includes detailed design and coordination of HVAC systems, plumbing systems, electrical power and lighting plans, as well as fire protection systems. Our scope ensured compliance with 2022 building codes, encompassing everything from HVAC equipment selection and exhaust system design to plumbing layout, electrical load calculations, emergency lighting, and fire alarm system integration for common areas. We also provided Title 24 documentation and prepared for future provisions such as electric vehicle charging stations and photovoltaic systems, ensuring the project meets sustainable and functional requirements for its residential and amenity spaces.
