We provide fire/life safety system engineering design and consulting services for a wide variety of projects, which include institutional, commercial, laboratories, education, government, and multi-family buildings. With professional engineer (FPE) licenses in fire protection engineering in multiple states, our group will provide every client with a cost-effective and code-compliant engineering design to protect life and property.

Complete sprinkler design DSA submittal and construction support
Complete fire alarm design, review & inspections
Special suppression systems gaseous, dry chemical, aqueous film-forming foam
Wet pipe system including fire pump and reserved fire water storage tank.
Dry pipe system, such as foam system in aircraft hangars and gas system in computer rooms/data centers
Fire alarm systems designs for projects use the most current codes and standards including NFPA-72. CBC and IFC codes.
Fire alarm systems designs include low rise and high-rise fire alarm systems with latest 24/7 monitoring technology.
Low rise buildings per code provide horn/strobe, strobe notifications, HVAC and sprinkler systems monitoring. Interfacing to other systems required per codes and regulations.
High rise buildings include voice evacuation systems with speakers, speaker strobes and strobes notification. HVAC monitoring and shut down, smoke controls system interface, sprinkler system monitoring, etc.
