We are excited to introduce Santa Monica College’s latest project: a new Gender-Neutral Restroom Building on campus. This innovative facility is designed to meet modern needs for inclusivity and accessibility. Our scope of work includes comprehensive MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and Security Systems engineering services. Highlights of our design involve determining capacity requirements for water, sewer, and electrical services, as well as providing detailed MEP utility design drawings. Additionally, we are integrating advanced security systems and exploring the potential for photovoltaic panels to enhance security lighting efficiency. Our team is committed to delivering a sustainable, functional, and compliant solution that supports the college community’s diverse needs.
