The project is located at 133 North Mill Street, Santa Paula, California. Currently, it is a commercial space. Project scope includes following:
- Adaptive reuse of old building (used as a church fellowship hall) into a residential building with 14 Units.
- Renovation of building into a Café with open Kitchen and an event space with a catering kitchen and associated restrooms of approximately 8,200 SF total building size.
