The project is located on 5468 El Cajon Blvd, San Diego, CA 9211. The project will include a two-story parking garage with four or perhaps five stories of living units above the parking. The current footprint is 28,000 sq. Ft. with the possible addition of another 7,000 sq. Ft. The plan is to use shipping containers for the construction method on the project.
The unit mix and floor plans for the residential portion will be part of the preliminary design process, with a total residential piece of approximately 60,000 sq. ft. The parking structure will have a subterranean level or levels, which will be decided during the preliminary design process.
