Budlong & Associates, Inc. (Budlong) provided the TMC Building with a return air and corridor assessment study in the basement area.
Budlong prepared a report with recommended upgrades and a ROM cost estimate to review with USC. We coordinated with an air balance contractor to work with Budlong to investigate the air distribution system and take airflow readings.
Budlong also provided fire protection upgrades that were required to bring them up to code.
