The existing site contained various structures that were to be demolished along with a two-story 4,128 SF building that was to remain. The new building is a two-story 14,470 SF office with a subterranean parking level consisting of 28 parking spaces. In addition, the site has 57 spaces of uncovered surface parking. B&A provided the designs for mechanical, electrical and plumbing including the requirements for the subterranean parking structure with an exhaust system and CO controls. Designs for a full Fire Protection System, Security System and a new plumbing system.
