The City of Palmdale envisioned a 3,137 square foot new Restroom Building in Marie Kerr Park. B&A provided the city the required full MEP and Fire Alarm design services for the concrete block wall building. Designs included an exhaust fan with trunk duct through center of large restroom, drains for the concession area outside of the building and power and cold water for vendor cart locations in the concession area outside of the building; heat tracers on all plumbing piping as weather conditions dip into the low 10° periodically.

Walkway lighting for entry ramp into amphitheater, decorative safety lighting along the berm behind the amphitheater, and low level lights at the walls near the entry building.
