Three story apartment building with grade level parking. There are 54 total apartment units and additional community spaces. There are 33 two bedroom units and 21 one bedroom units. There are two basic types of two bedroom units (with some slight differences in door locations), and there are four different types of one bedroom units (3 different flat types very similar but sizes vary and one two story loft unit).
The two stairs and elevator will go to the roof level, as there may be a roof garden area. The Ventura County Fire Department is requiring that both stairs go to the roof level and be 2 hour rated and have fire sprinkler standpipes at each floor level and roof.
